Città di Castello 27 km, Arezzo 60 km, the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast (Fano) about 70 km (about 1 hour by highway). Stores of all kinds and supermarket 5 km, and within 5 km restaurants and pizzerias. The friendly owners are also managers of a wellness center about 20 km away, with thermal baths, sports facilities and medical professionals.
