The apartment has an equipped terrace on the common property, where you will also find the small pop-up pool, which you can use in community with the residents of another apartment. Also for communal use is the cozy barbecue area, where you can test your grilling skills yourself as an alternative to the good restaurants and trattorias in the near and far surroundings.
