This comfortable semi-detached holiday home for four people in the holiday village impresses with its close proximity to nature and breathtaking panoramic views! In the lovingly furnished holiday home, the private sauna provides a real time-out and wellness feeling after an exciting day in the mountains. Cosy up by the open fire in the living area with a wonderful panoramic view.
The semi-detached house has its own terrace where you can soak up the sun and relax with a unique view of the natural surroundings. One bedroom has space for 2 people. Equipped with box-spring beds, they ensure restful holiday nights. A comfortable sofa bed in the living area provides perfect relaxation for young and old.

Ideal for families, cots/chairs can be provided free of charge on request.

The holiday village is car-free - each property has its own car park, which is located above the complex. The path from the car park to the holiday home must be walked. There is also a storage room ideal for sports equipment.

In summer, there are countless sporting or relaxing activities around the holiday park: how about an adventure on the long summer toboggan run in St. Andreasberg? Beginners and advanced bikers will find many mountain bike trails in the area, including the longest continuous route in Europe. If you prefer something a little quieter, you can of course also explore the beautiful Upper Harz on one of the many hiking trails. Some of them lead right past the holiday park, so you can start right on the doorstep.

With the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg and the Sonnenberg, two of the most snow-sure ski areas in the eastern Harz are in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. Here you will find slopes of all levels of difficulty for skiers and snowboarders - ambitious skiers can try out the steep slopes, families can enjoy the extensive, flatter runs and there are several ski and snowboard schools for beginners to try out their first turns under supervision.
