The property itself is surrounded by an enchanting Mediterranean garden full of lush flowers, shrubs and mature trees. The house is surrounded by a low natural stone wall. The villa is set against the beautiful backdrop of the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains. The building is constructed in such a way that the projecting roof provides various outdoor seating areas to shelter from the afternoon midsummer sun and the colder evening temperatures. The main terrace with a long dining table opens out onto the spacious 60 m² pool. On the other side, the pool area is bordered by an open pool house, which also houses an outdoor kitchen. The pool is also surrounded by beautiful nature, making the surrounding sun terrace the perfect place to relax after a cool dip in the refreshing blue water.

The interior of the building impresses with its tasteful decor, which is not too modern and not too rustic. A successful blend of authentic Mallorcan style and modern country house. If we take a look at the well-kept kitchen, we see that it is equipped with a kitchenette that has everything a holidaymaker's heart desires (coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, a gas hob set into the kitchen island with an extractor bonnet above it). and much more). Take a seat on the couch built into the wall in front of the vintage fireplace and simply watch the dancing flames or have a good chat. There is another cast-iron stove in another part of the living area. The five bedrooms also exude hospitality! All rooms are pleasantly large and offer plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. Some of the bed frames are handmade; the beds vary in size (some are French size at 1.50 metres wide, some are oversized at 2 x 1.10 metres). The three colourful bathrooms ensure that visitors do not have to queue for the shower in the morning. Two further guest WCs ensure complete privacy.

With its natural charm, the enchanting Villa Son Empar blends in wonderfully with its surroundings. Finally, it is located between Pollença, which is also known as the cultural capital of the north thanks to its countless galleries and pretty boutiques, and the almost antiquated coastal town of Port de Pollença. Both places are perfect for shopping or strolling. Placa Major in Pollença offers beautiful pavement cafés in the shade of plane trees where you can relax and enjoy the artistic atmosphere of the town. Thanks to its proximity to the Tramuntana mountains, Pollença is a unique starting point for day trips, whether into the mountains or along the coast. You won't find mass tourism here. The pretty sandy beaches on the north coast of the island, such as Can Cap de Bou, Platja de Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenc, are characterised by their shallow access to the sea, making these beaches a favourite among families, in addition to their excellent water quality and fine sand. If you want to see even more unspoilt landscapes, a visit to the Parc Natural S'Abufera is a must: this wetland area is a nature reserve.
