Comfortable loungers invite you to spend long days in the sun and finally relax. A stone wall separates the 297 m² property from the street: simply park your car directly in front of the door. Behind the house is a covered terrace, which is also equipped with a dining table and seating. This is the perfect place to get together and relax in the hot afternoon sun. In the paved courtyard with Mediterranean plants, an outdoor shower is more than just a way to cool off in between: After long days at the beach, you can simply wash off the sea salt and sand and be perfectly refreshed for long evenings under the starry skies of Mallorca.

The 120 m² interior is spread over the entire ground floor. The villa is fully air-conditioned, so you won't be sweating in the living room or bedrooms. After all, what could be better than starting the day feeling refreshed? The cosy living and dining area is decorated in light colours; terracotta tiles, natural stone walls and light wood create a calm, pleasant atmosphere. This is pure hygge - experience the Mallorcan interpretation of the Danish lifestyle! You can watch your favourite channels on the large flat-screen TV and stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the house. The well-equipped kitchen has a spacious fridge in which you can easily store lots of groceries. Behind a summer kitchen with charcoal barbecue is an outdoor bathroom with shower and WC, and another en-suite bathroom belongs to one of the two double bedrooms. A third bedroom is available for a single person.

Immerse yourself in an enchanting town with white sandstone houses and dark green shutters, lush green fig trees and a small harbour where a large part of the population still earns its living today. In the evening, colourful fishing boats return to the harbour and the relaxed atmosphere in the village spreads to all those who would like to take things down a notch. Your house is located directly in the village and just a few metres from the sea. The village has a rocky beach that is ideal for snorkelling. If you prefer sand under your feet, head to the fantastic Cala Santanyi, which is just a few kilometres away. As the name suggests, the small Villa Maremar is located right by the sea in one of the most beautiful fishing villages on the island: Cala Figuera enchants visitors with its picturesque setting. Especially in the evening hours, the idyllic harbour with its colourful fishing boats is a place to slow down: As the deep red sun melts into the sea, you turn your back on the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Thanks to its charm, the picturesque little town has already served as the backdrop for several film productions.
