Beautiful cottage with perfect location in the recreational cottage area Sandskogen, east of Ystad. In 15 minutes walk you can reach the train station in Ystad. The sea and its beautiful sandy beach are within walking distance from the house (200 m), it invites you to sunbathe, swim and take pleasant walks. The area is a summer idyll with mini golf, tennis courts, cozy restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors, a first-class hotel with gym, spa, bars, water sports. Good bike paths will take you to the center of Ystad (10th century), which is very suitable for shopping. But you can also see Santa Maria church and Gråbrödraklostret monastery.
