When you approach Villa Por Fin, the first thing that might come to mind is the fairy tale Rapunzel. A first-class terrace awaits you at the top of the tower, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the coast. Cosy furniture invites you to relax while the warm sea breeze gently blows in your face, as if you were sailing across the Mediterranean on a yacht. The charm of this villa lies in its marvellous proximity to the sea, coupled with a garden that is second to none - a perfect little pool with a surrounding sun terrace invites you to swim a few lengths as soon as you get up in the morning and make your way to the sea. The property is surrounded by trees and other shrubs that provide shade. One of the tables by the pool also has a straw parasol, so you can throw a few treats on the barbecue and eat in the shade at lunchtime. An additional awning is also available.

As you enter the house, you are greeted by an inviting entrance area. The character of the tower is also reflected in the harmonious curves of the interior. If you turn right, you enter the kitchen and the living/dining area. The all-white kitchen offers all the home comforts your heart desires. In fact, it is so well designed that you have enough space here for all your culinary inspirations. Numerous windows flood the living room with light; in the centre, a wood-burning stove radiates cosiness - especially cosy when you need extra warmth. Behind the fireplace, the open-plan sequence of rooms leads into a dining area with a table supported by a pedestal made of knotted tree roots that will delight any nature lover. If you turn left from the entrance area, you reach the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Each room has its own unique charm thanks to individual colour accents, complemented by short, pithy sayings on the walls that encourage the reader to enjoy life to the full. And this is the perfect place to do so! The staircase leads you to the restored basement, where there is another bedroom with its own bathroom. The island sun ensures that this room is filled with light. On the tower-like upper floor there is another bedroom with its own bathroom.
Villa Por Fin brings the sound of the sea right into your bedroom; the turquoise blue waters of the east coast are within walking distance. You will be spoilt for choice as you stroll along the outskirts of Font de Sa Cala in search of coves. The small village offers a good selection of bars and restaurants as well as various shops. If you are looking for more urban flair, Cala Ratjada is only 5 kilometres away and offers a varied nightlife.
