Beautiful house reminiscent of the Italian architectural style. Located in one of the best neighbourhoods in the south of Ibiza: Sa Carroca. A very quiet residential area just a few minutes' drive from the vibrant centre of Ibiza Town, supermarkets and less than 10 minutes from the airport.

The villa sleeps 10 people and has 5 comfortable bedrooms, four of them with double beds and one with two single beds. There are 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, where we find a large table to eat outside with family or friends. The pool area has sun loungers and parasols, as well as a ping-pong table and barbecue.

This house is perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday but do not want to be far from the lively atmosphere of Ibiza town and the best attractions of the island.
