This special villa in the bay of San Antonio offers breathtaking views and a peaceful retreat with an outdoor pool. This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
The lower level has a spacious living-dining room with a chase lounge sofa, a dining table for eight and a 75-inch TV with home cinema. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine and much more. One bedroom on this level has a 1.50 x 2.00 metre bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, WC and shower.
On the ground floor, the master bedroom has a 1.80x1.90m bed, air conditioning and access to the terrace with garden and pool views. The en-suite bathroom has two washbasins, a toilet, a round bath and a shower. Bedroom 1 has a 1.50x1.90m bed, air conditioning and access to the terrace. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (which can be combined into a double bed) and air conditioning. Bedroom 3 has a 1.50x1.90m bed and air conditioning. The shared bathroom has a washbasin, a toilet, a bidet and a shower.
The terrace has a 4x8m pool with depths from 1m to 1.60m, nine sun loungers, a chill-out area, two dining tables, a remote-controlled awning, a parasol, a charcoal barbecue and a garden with a pond.
The villa also offers parking for two cars, an electric car charger and a remote-controlled electric gate. A full change of towels and bed linen is provided every 7 days.
